Our pricing in New Zealand
Starter is £99 a month (list £149) and Pro, which adds a built-for-you website, is £149 a month (list £199) — a standing £50 launch discount applies to both. Prices are in pounds sterling. Monthly rolling, no contract.
We add no GST to this price — the amount above is the whole of our fee.
While we set up local billing, subscriptions are billed in pounds sterling by our UK company; your card's exchange rate applies. Ad spend is paid by you, directly to Google and Meta, in New Zealand dollars.
Support hours
Support is by chat and email, 9am–5pm UK time — 8pm–4am NZST, so most New Zealand messages get a same-morning reply. We are extending hours as the New Zealand customer base grows.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in our terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Our terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Questions tradies ask us
Are the leads exclusive?
Yes. Every enquiry from your ads goes to your portal only, under your business name. Builderscrack and Bark send the same homeowner to several tradies.
Do you run Google Local Services Ads in New Zealand?
No — Google has not launched Local Services Ads in New Zealand. We run Google Search, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft Advertising, and keep you visible in Google's AI Overviews, which are live in New Zealand.
Can you send text messages to my leads?
Not yet in New Zealand — New Zealand carriers only allow business texting from a dedicated short code, which takes months to provision. Leads reach you by email, in the portal, and by phone; the text-back feature switches on once the short code exists.
Who pays for the ad spend?
You do, directly to Google and Meta in New Zealand dollars, in your own ad accounts. Both charge 15% GST on ad spend to every New Zealand advertiser.
