These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Get Findable Ltd ("GetFindable", "we", "us" or "our"), including our website at https://www.getfindable.co, the customer portal, and any websites we build and host for you (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

GetFindable helps small and medium-sized businesses get found online by building and hosting a website, optimising visibility across search and AI search, and capturing and delivering customer leads. Specific features depend on your chosen plan.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Plans, billing & renewal

• Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.
• The Starter plan is monthly rolling. The Growth and Pro plans have a minimum term of six months, after which they continue on a rolling basis until cancelled.
• Plans renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
• Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel a monthly rolling plan at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Minimum-term plans may be cancelled to take effect at the end of the minimum term or any time thereafter. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. To cancel, use your customer portal or contact info@getfindable.co.

5. Your responsibilities & acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:

• Breaking any applicable law or regulation
• Infringing the intellectual property or other rights of any third party
• Uploading unlawful, misleading, harmful or malicious content
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Services

You are responsible for the content and information you provide for your website, and you confirm you have the right to use it.

6. Content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content, brand assets and data you provide. You grant us a licence to use that material to provide the Services. We (and our licensors) retain all rights in the GetFindable platform, software and templates. Subject to payment of applicable fees, you own the leads and customer relationships generated through your site.

7. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties (for example Stripe for payments and various advertising, analytics and hosting providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Estimates & results

Any loss figures, traffic estimates or projections we show are illustrative, based on public data and industry benchmarks, and are not guarantees. We do not warrant any particular ranking, volume of leads, or business outcome.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance, and may modify or discontinue features from time to time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetFindable is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay. On termination, your right to use the Services ends and we may remove your hosted site after a reasonable period.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
